While driving home one pleasant and sunny afternoon, I found myself cruising along a road I knew all too well. However, my attention was abruptly captured by something out of the ordinary. Amongst a forest of discarded waste that shimmered under the slowly setting sun, a tiny puppy, roughly 45 days old, caught my eye. It was tirelessly scouring through the garbage, desperately searching for nourishment. The contrast between its bleak surroundings and its vibrant, optimistic blue eyes was simply captivating.
I couldn’t resist the sadness in my heart as I approached the dog and settled down beside it. Offering a comforting presence, I reached into my bag to retrieve the treats that I always kept handy. As soon as the dog caught sight of me, its hunger was quickly satiated as it eagerly devoured the delicious snacks, its eyes sparkling with gratitude and trust.
I made the choice to bring my furry friend to the vet clinic for a check-up as I had worries regarding the possibility of it consuming tainted food at the trash site. Luckily, the results turned out to be quite ordinary. The canine underwent a thorough examination by the vet before receiving vaccinations to ensure its wellbeing moving forward.
Once the pup had completed its meal, I made the spontaneous decision to give it a refreshing bath, as a reward for its vigorous day spent outdoors. Arriving back at home, I prepared to cleanse the adorable creature. A sense of tranquility enveloped me, filling me with utmost delight, as I beheld the sight of the dog standing calmly amidst the soothing warmth of the water. With gentle strokes, I tenderly massaged its head, causing the unsightly muck and fragments to gradually dissolve in the liquid, creating a sense of serene purification.
My canine companion has seamlessly integrated into our family unit. Affectionately named Sala, this four-legged family member is given regular trips to the bathroom to ensure her coat remains impeccably clean. Sala nurtures her adorable puppies, enjoys delicious meals, and provides unwavering love and devotion to all.
